Awesome stay in the heart of the city!
Had a fab time here! Super friendly team, and the views from the rooftop restaurant are killer. The kids were all about the warm pool, even though it’s a bit small. Perfect spot for hitting the Austin nightlife! Just wish the thermostat worked better. it was a bit finicky. Overall, great place!

The room offered a spacious layout, clean environment, and a comfortable sofa, likely due to recent renovations. However, the hotel’s dining options were disappointing as the restaurant and room service were closed, creating inconvenience, especially during a busy season. Additionally, the staff did not communicate this effectively upon check-in, leaving me frustrated when I had hoped for an easy dining experience.

The location near downtown Austin was excellent for accessing attractions, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valet team. Unfortunately, there was a high charge for valet parking and a lot of homeless presence, which made the experience less comfortable.
