The hotel staff and guests were very nice and the room was very clean and nice.
When we booked it didn't say we would have to valet our vehicle and the valet was $30 a night! I thought that was ridiculous. The pool was a joke. It was the size of a kiddie pool.

Wake up in a room with coffee and a great view of the city. You can even check-in early if you need to, and checking out is a breeze. The restaurant here is fantastic, and there's convenient onsite parking. 🌆

Awful, ants in the bed and lots of flies in the room. Door took several pulls to lock, my door was open both days I returne, presume the maid.

Pillows were very soft. Valet parking only at $35 or so per night was too high in my opinion.

This place is stunningly beautiful and peaceful, located in a fantastic area with lots of nearby downtown restaurants, as well as top-notch bars.

The location, the 18th floor bar view at sunset.
The shower head in our room wasn't the best.

It was a nice hotel. It had good facilities, a good location and helpful staff. There was parking, a good restaurant and a bar.
The fact that parking and breakfast were not included in the price made the hotel less value for money than it would otherwise have been. Two days in Austin was a great deal more expensive than three days in a sister hotel in San Antonio. It wasn't 'that' good and certainly no better than its sister.

The room had central heating, TV, and a microwave, which I liked. The hotel is right on Sixth Street, close to many downtown restaurants. East Sixth Street is located nearby.

Beautiful room. Friendly staff Great buffet location.
Wifi needs improving. Constantly lost wifi signal over two days. I have had better wifi connection in mom and pop motels

location.
Service was just ok...they are not attentive to details or requests. Asked to have our call pulled from valet...and they didn't do it. We waited for over 15 min and then asked again. Pillows at the hotel were horrible - requested new or different pillows...and they didn't fulfill the request. Just sad.
